3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup shortening
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients. Add shortening. Mix well. Add unbeaten eggs one at a time.

Roll thin.

Bake 8 minutes at 375º.
