Crust:
small package Oreos
1 stick melted butter

Chocolate layer:
1-1/2 C chocolate chips
2 sticks butter
3 beaten eggs
2 C powdered sugar
3/4 C chopped peanuts

1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened

Crust:

Combine crushed Oreos with melted butter. Press into 9X13 pan, reserving 1 C for topping.

Chocolate Layer:
Melt in double boiler chocolate chips and butter. Add beaten eggs, powdered sugar, and chopped peanuts.

On top of crust, alternate layers of softened ice cream, chocolate mixture two times. Top with reserved crumbs.
