2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 C white sugar
1 tsp. Mexican vanilla extract
3/4 C white sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 C butter, room temperature
1/4 C honey
2 (8 oz.) cans crescent rolls

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Prepare 13x9 in. pan with cooking spray.
Beat the cream cheese with 1 C sugar and vanilla in a bowl until smooth. Unroll crescent rolls and use a rolling pin to shape each can into 13x9 rectangles. Press one piece into bottom of pan. Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture onto the crescent roll, then cover with remaining 13x9 crescent roll. Stir together 3/4 C sugar, cinnamon and butter. Dot the mixture over the top of the cheesecake. Bake in preheated oven until crescent dough has puffed and turned golden brown, about 30-45 min. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey. Cool completely in the pan before cutting.
