Assorted Chicken Pieces
Buttermilk
2-3 eggs beaten
! 1/2 cups Flour
1 Cup Panko
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp pepper
3/4 Cup Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs in a bowl,
In a separate bowl, combine flour, Panko, bread crumbs, garlic salt, seasoned salt, and pepper in a separate bowl... mix well
Dip each piece of chicken in the egg mixture and then coat each piece of chicken in the flour mixture.
In a large frying pan, heat up the oil and add 1/4 cup butter
When the oil mixture is really hot (bubbling), place chicken skin side down in the hot oil.
Fry until golden brown turning over a few times. It takes approximately 10 minutes per side to cook properly.
Remove Chicken pieces from the pan and place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
