1 Large Sour Cabbage Head

Filling:
3 Lbs of Ground Beef
1 Lb of Ground Pork
1 Large Onion Chopped
1 tbspn of salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut out core of cabbage and loosen the leaves.
Use cold tap water to help loosen the leaves.
If leaves are very large, cut out the spine and then cut the leaves in half.

Cook up beef, pork and onion together and place in a bowl

Put 2 cups of rice in a bowl and pour boiling water over top, let sit for a few minutes, then drain.
Add rice to meat mixture and blend altogether.
Place a tbspn of mixture in a cabbage leaf, roll it up and place in roaster pan.
Continue to fill up roaster pan with cabbage rolls.

Combine a container of beef broth and a can of tomato soup, mix together and heat in microwave until very hot.
Pour the mixture over the cabbage rolls
Place a large plate over the cabbage rolls
Put pan in the oven @ 400 degrees for 30 minutes
Then, turn the heat down to 325 degrees and bake for 90 minutes.
Turn off the oven.
Take roaster out of the oven, pour more heated tomato soup/beef broth mix onto the cabbage rolls. Put the cabbage rolls back in the oven for about 30 minutes.
Take out and let sit
