1 cup flour
1 cup finely chopped nuts
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup shortening
2/3 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Blend together flour and nuts. In a saucepan, over medium heat, bring to a boil corn syrup, shortening and sugar. Stir constantly. Remove from heat; gradually stir in flour and nuts. Drop 3 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake for 5-6 minutes.
