1 qt. Warm water
1 C. Sugar
1 C. Powdered milk
1 C. Oil
1 tbsp. Salt
2 pkgs Yeast
7-9 C. All purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
1- Preheat oven to 350º 2- Combine water, yeast, and sugar to dissolve yeast. 3- In a separate bowl combine milk, salt, and about 5 cups of flour. 4- When yeast dissolves add the oil and pour into the dry mixture. 5- Add flour a little at a time till it gets to the right consistency. (You do not want the dough too sticky nor too heavy) 6- Allow the dough to rise double in size. 8- Separate dough into rolls. 9- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until you get the color that you want.
Use this for rolls, buns, loafs, pizza crust or pigs in a blanket.
