1 box soft as Silk Cake Flour (32ounces)
1 pound butter (softened)
5 cups sugar
6 eggs
1 Tablespoon Salt
1 Tablespoon vanilla
2 oz Brandy (1/4 cup)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, vanilla, brandy and beat well. Add salt and gradually add flour. Use dough hook on mixer. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Roll into balls using teaspoon and cook in Belgium waffle maker. Makes many and you can freeze until needed.
