1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tsp. milk
1 tsp. allspice
onion, garlic, salt, pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg, milk and combine into dry ingredients. Form into balls smaller than a golf ball. Brown lightly in saucepan over medium heat. Rotate them around so they are completely browned but not cook through. Steam them in a tightly covered pot to finish cooking.
