4 C peeled carrots, sliced thin (2 lbs)
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 medium onion, sliced into rings
10.5 oz can tomato soup
1/2 C oil
1 C sugar
1 t mustard
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots in small amount of salted water until tender. Don't overcook. In plastic container with cover, begin layering carrots, onions, green peppers. Combine ingredients for dressing and pour over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate overnight, allowing to marinade. Keeps several weeks in frig.
