1 lb. spicy Italian sausage
Olive oil
1 large onion
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1 large can of crushed tomatoes with puree
1 or 2 small cans tomato paste
Red wine or water equal to amount of tomato paste
Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in olive oil. Add onion and garlic, cook till soft. Add spices. Then add tomato puree, paste and water or wine. Drink a little of the wine while you’re cooking it. Cook for a while until bubbly and flavors have really developed. Serve over pasta of your choice.
