4 cucumber
1 large onion
4 tomatoes

Dressing:
1 clove garlic minced
2/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Dice cucumbers, onions and tomatoes. Mix ingredients for dressing. Pour dressing over vegetables and enjoy!
