3 c. whole wheat flour
3/8 c. gluten
1/3 c. 7-grain cereal
3 T. molasses
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 T. butter
1 3/4 tsp. active dry yeast or 1 1/4 tsp. fast rise yeast
