2 yeast pkg
1 T sugar
1 cup luke warm water
1 cup milk
3 eggs
6 T shortening
½ cup sugar
1 tsp salt
7 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Disolve yeast and 1 T sugar in luke-warm water. Scald milk and shortening, sugar, salt, and cool to lukewarm add 2 cups flour to make a batter. Add yeast and beaten eggs beat whild adding remaining flour or enough to make a soft dough.
Knead lightly and place in greased bowl. Cover and set in warm place free from draft. Let rise until doubled in bulk about 2 hrs. Punch down and put in pans(cinnamon rolls: roll out dough brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with granulated sugar and cinnamon cut in slices ¾ to inch thick put in pans. When filled pat down with hands. Let rise for an hour. Bake 350* for 20 min.
