1/2 C. Mayonnaise
1/3 C. Sugar
1/4 C. Milk
1/4 C. Buttermilk
2 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp White vinegar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
8 C. Finely chopped cabbage (approx. 1 head)
1/4 C. Shredded carrot (1 medium carrot)
2 tbsp Minced onion

Directions:
1- Slice cabbage and carrots into very fine pieces (a little bigger than rice) 2- Combine Mayonnaise, sugar, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. 3- Beat until smooth. 4- Add cabbage, carrots and onions. 5- Mix well. 6- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, over night is better.
