16 oz. shell noodles
4 C whipping cream
8 Tbs. butter
2 tsp. minced garlic
8 Tbs. tomato sauce
2 C broccoli
1 C mushrooms
1 C parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles about 4 minutes.Drain and return to pan. Add all ingredients except mushrooms. Boil over medium heat. Stir in mushrooms.Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
