5 eggs
1 lb. confectionary sugar
1 cup hot milk
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
salt, pinch
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs on high five minutes, till thick. Add confectionary sugar, 1/4 at a time, beating between each addition. Beat 15 minutes. Sift four and baking powder together three times. Add the vanilla to the hot milk. Slowly fold 1/3 of the flour mixture into the egg mixture, then carefully fold in 1/3 the hot milk mixture. Continue, alternating between the two until all ingredients combined. Pour mixture into an angel food pan (do not grease or flour). Bake at 375º for 25-30 minutes. After baked, turn pan upside down to cool. Run a knife along edge to loosen before removing from pan once completely cool.
