2 C. sharp shredded cheddar cheese
6 Tbs. softened butter
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. cayenne papper
1 C all purpose flour
48 pimento olives

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º.

Mix butter, cheese, Cayenne pepper and paprika. Gradually mix in flour, using blender. Should form solid ball with smooth texture, but has crumbly texture when pulled apart.If dough is too dry, add more cheese.
Pinch off piece of dough and cover olive. Roll into a ball. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Put in fridge for 10 min.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until browned.
