2 c. sugar
3 c. unbleached flour
1 tsp. salt
c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. vinegar
c. canola oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. cold water
1 bag chocolate chips
Pam (to spray the baking pan)

Preheat oven to 350. Mix first five ingredients. Add remainder and mix until smooth. Pour into a 9" by 13" pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
