1 Lrg package Lemon Jello
½ cup sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup sliced fresh cranberries
1 cup diced apples (unpeeled)
The zest of 1 orange or tangerine

Directions:
Directions:
• Fix the Jello according to package instructions.
• Add sugar while still warm, stir so it will dissolve.
• Let Jello cool a bit and then pour into mold and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir.
• Put into the refrigerator to set (usually a couple hours, overnight)

Can serve from a bowl but it’s real pretty turned out from a mold.

This recipe has been passed down for many generations, as far back as Wanda Wilson’s mother, Florence Grissom Davis, and has been served at many a holiday dinner in Wendi's family. In fact, Wendi uses the same crystal bowl that her Mammaw used when she was a child to serve this wonderful dish to her grandkids at Christmas.
