½ cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp stone ground or spicy mustard
1 tsp milk (if needed to thin a bit)
1 ¼ tsp horseradish
1 tsp minced celery (or ½ tsp celery seed)
1 tsp minced onion
1 tsp minced green pepper
¼ tsp Parsley
¼ tsp vinegar
¼ tsp Paprika
Cayenne pepper (just a sprinkle unless you like it spicier)
Tobasco Sauce (just a couple drops unless you like it spicier)
Black pepper and salt to taste

Note – can use Cocktail Sauce and eliminate ketchup, horseradish, celery, onion & green pepper

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, chill about 10 minutes before serving.

Wonderful to use with fried fish, crab cakes, fried green tomatoes, and more!
