1 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
4 c. flour
1 t. soda
1 t. almond or vanilla extract
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Mix together. Chill dough. Roll out on a lightly floured surface Cut out cookie shapes and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Frost when cool
