1 c. butter , softened
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 c. all purpose flour
2/3 cup cocoa
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 c. finely chopped peanuts
Directions:
Directions:
cream butter; gradually add the sugar, beating until light and fluffy. stir in eggs and vanilla. combine flour, cocoa , baking soda, and salt; add to creamed mixture, beating well. stir in chopped peanuts. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. bake 350º for 12-14 min. cool on wire racks
