1.5 cups milk
3 tbsp vinegar
2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
4 tbsp butter, melted
cooking spray

Optional: Add chocolate chips

Combine milk and vinegar and set aside.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Mix together. Add eggs, butter and soured milk. Mix until lumps are gone. Heat skillet and coat with cooking spray. Pour batter on skillet and cook until bubbles appear. Flip and cook until browned on both sides.
