"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Combine flour, salt, peppers and paprika in medium bowl. In another bowl, whisk egg and milk. Slice each chicken breast into six pieces.

Preheat oil in deep fryer to 375 degrees. One or two at a time, dip pieces of chicken into the egg mixture, then into the breading blend. Each piece of chicken should be double coated. Chill chicken for 15 minutes. Drop each piece into fryer for 5-6 minutes until each piece is browned.

While chicken fries, combine hot sauce and butter in a bowl. Microwave sauce for 20-30 seconds or until butter melted. Stir to combine. Cover and shake chicken pieces and sauce in a container until coated.
