Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Quick and easy artisanal bread
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon yeast
1.5 cups warm water

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, stir the flour, salt, yeast and water just until wet and combined. Cover with plastic wrap and set at room temperature for 8 to 24 hours. When you're ready, turn dough out onto a well floured surface and form into a ball. Dough will be soft and sticky so make sure you use flour on your hands too. Let rest for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, place a pyrex or baking dish with high sides into the over and preheat to 450 degrees. I spray a bit of oil on the bottom and sides before I put it in oven to heat up. When oven reaches 450, remove baking dish and carefully transfer the dough to the casserole. Slash an 'x' on top of the bread dough with a sharp knife. Cover with foil paper and bake for 30 minutes at 450. Uncover after 30 minutes and bake an addition 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

Soooooo good! Try a warm slice with a pat of butter if you can't wait!
