3 c chopped peaches
1/2 c sugar
1 Tbsp corn starch
pats of butter
cinnamon for sprinkling
Biscuits
1 c flour
3 Tbsp shortening
1 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peaches, sugar, corn starch. Boil 1 minute. Pour into a buttered pan. Top with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Mix together the biscuit ingredients. Drop by the spoonful over the fruit mixture. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400º.
