1 pound or more lean ground beef
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 small onion, chopped fine
Salt and pepper to taste
12 corn tortillas
Oil for frying
Shredded cheddar or Colby cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat in a skillet over medium hot heat. Add chopped onion and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent and tender.
Fry corn tortillas in hot oil for about 2 seconds just until they're soft.
Drain tortillas on paper towels.
Fill tortillas with meat mixture and top with grated cheese.
Bake in 400º oven until cheese melts and tacos are heated through.
Serve with salsa, refried beans and lettuce & tomatoes.
