3 tsp olive oil
2 lbs sausage
2 cloves garlic
3 lg cans pastene kitchen ready tomatoes
pepper
1 tsp basil
1 tsp fresh parsley
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp grated parmesan cheese

Brown sausage and garlic in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer at least 1 hour. Longer is even better
