Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Dash of lime
1 tsb. garlic
3 chicken breasts
14 1/2 oz. can Mexican or stewed tomatoes
15 oz. can black beans drained
5 oz. pack saffron or yellow rice
1/2 cup water
1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 2 quart cassarole dish with Pam.
Put chicken and onions in cassarole dish. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce, lime, and garlic. Bake at 350 for30 minutes. Cut up stewed tomatoes- add with the rest - except cheese. Mix and cover tightly. Continue to bake at 350 for 45 minutes(or until rice is done). Sprinkle with cheese. Cover. Top with Fresh Cilantro.
