8 Pork cutlets beaten thin (about ¼ inch)
2 Cup Bread Crumbs for Coating
½ Cup Flour
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
3 Eggs
Cooking Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Beat pork cutlets to about ¼ inch thick.
Combine bread crumbs with flour, salt and pepper in shallow pan.
Beat eggs with water to combine.
Dip cutlets in bread crumbs and allow to rest 5 minutes.
Dip in egg mixture then back in bread crumbs.
Allow to rest 5 min.
Fry in hot (not smoking) oil until browned.
Serve with lemon juice or mushroom gravy.
