5 chicken breasts, cooked, chilled, cut into small chunks
1 (12 oz) package curly Rotini, cooked and drained
handful fresh bean sprouts, washed and trimmed
handful fresh pea pods, washed and drained
handful fresh pea pods, washed and trimmed
1 pkg. chow mien noodles
3 c. romaine lettuce, chopped
3 c. iceberg lettuce, chopped
1 can sliced water chestnuts, cut in 1/2
1 pkg. slivered almonds
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 small bunch green onions, chopped fine
1 1/2 bottles of poppy seed dressing

Directions:

Mix pasta, meat and 1/2 bottle of dressing. Marinate.
Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour other bottle of dressing over. Mix. Serve immediately.
