1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
3 T. sugar
1/4 c. shortening

1 envelope yeast
1/4 c. warm water
2 eggs
4-5 c. flour (white or wheat)

Directions:
Directions:
Scald & cool milk, salt, sugar, & shortening.
Mix yeast & warm water...follow directions on yeast package.
Beat 2 eggs together in large bowl.
Add in some flour with the eggs. Add in scalded mixture & yeast. Gradually add flour and mix. Continue to add flour & knead the dough.
Cover with towel & allow dough to rise (45 min).
Punch down & allow dough to rise.
Punch down & separate dough into rolls. Place on cookie sheets. Cover & allow to rise on last time.

Bake 350º
Approx. 20 minutes (until brown)
