Ingredients:  
1/4 cup lemon juice (or half lemon juice, half balsamic vinegar)
1/4 cup low fat mayo
1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves, finely crushed
2 tsp. grainy (or not) Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
lots of freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

Whisk it all together in a bowl or shake it up in a jar.

This is suppose to be close to Earl's salad dressing.

Basic veggies in the salad that you'll prepare will be: lettuce (specially iceberg lettuce), fresh whole tomatoes, green and red bell peppers, white/sweet onion, spring onion, pitted black or green olives and cucumber.
