1 pkg. (condensed) None Such mincemeat (9 oz.)
1 1/2 c. cold water
3 Tbsp. sugar
raisins, currents, and/or bits of apple may be added.

Directions:
Break the minceneat into pieces into saucepan. Add water and sugar. Heat until all lumps are thoroughly broken up. Bring to a boil. Continue boiling for 3-4 minutes or simmer until not too juicy. Allow to cool. Pour into 8-9 inch unbaked pastry shell. Cover with strips of lattice or cookie cutter designs of pastry.
Bake at 400º for 30-45 minutes.
