2 3/4 cups of flour
4 cups of powdered sugar
3 cups of Crisco
2 1/4 t of salt
1 T of vanilla
4 oz of chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, powdered sugar & salt into a large bowl. Add Crisco and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in nuts by hand. Roll dough into cylinders in wax paper. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes until firm enough to slice. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Slice dough and place on cookie sheets. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Cookies should be white. Don't over-bake!
