1 lb. package of Oreo Cookies
1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream
1 package of Cool Whip
* chopped walnuts (opt)

Chocolate sauce:
1 can of evaporated milk
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of butter
2 squares of unsweetened chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
1st layer: Crush up Oreos in a plastic bag with a rolling pin. Combine butter with Oreo bits. Place in bottom of a 13x9 baking pan. Place in freezer until frozen. 2nd layer: spread 1/2 gallon of softened ice cream over Oreo layer. Place in freezer and freeze. For sauce: place ingredients in a sauce pan and cook for 10 to 15 minutes stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat and cool. 3rd layer: Pour over ice cream layer and frreeze. 4th layer: Spread Cool Whip over fudge layer, sprinkle nuts on top and freeze.

Make sure you spray non stick spray on baking sheet before you prepare. This is really rich so cut small squares to serve.
