ground ginger
garlic salt
sugar (can be brown)
*hot sauce (opt)

Add all together in a pan and stir to taste.

For chicken wings use mixture right away. For chicken skewers marinade over night. For beef add a bay leaf and marinade over night. Shoyu is the key!
