8 Pork Chops
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
8 slices of Onion
8 slices of Lemon
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
3/4 cup Catsup
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Place chops in a large greased baking dish. Sprinkle chops with salt. Top each with onion and lemon. Mix brown sugar and catsup in a small mixing bowl. Cover and bake at 350º for one hour. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
