4lbs beef (any kind I use tamale meat or roast) cut into small pieces
8-12 chili pods (I use half hot and half mild)
3tbs flour
3tbs vegetable oil
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off the ends of the chili pods and tap out the seeds, put them in a pot with water and boil about 10 minutes. Add chili pods, with water it was boiled with, in blender and blend until smooth, set aside
Cook meat and oil in pan until fully cooked, add flour and stir for about a 1 minute
Add chili and stir vigorously until combined. Add water if needed and salt to taste, let boil on medium heat 20-30 minutes or until meat is tender
