2 eggs
1 1/2 cups eggnog
2 tsp. spiced rum
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup butter (at room temp)
2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz size)
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º Grease loaf or mini loaf tins
Mix together eggs, eggnog, rum, sugar, vanilla and butter.
In a separate bowl mix together flour, pudding mix, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.
Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, and blend well, but avoid over mixing.
The dough will be quite thick.
Pour into your selected pans.
Bake in oven... reg loaf pans, about 45-55 minutes, mini loaf pans, about 30 minutes.
If a toothpick inserted in the middle of the bread comes out clean it is done.

Rum Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp eggnog
2 Tbsp. spiced rum
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Whisk ingredients together and pour over the cooled bread.
