12 Lb. Ham ( I use boneless and Peel It completely )
30 whole cloves
2 C. water
2 C. White Wine ( any cheap wine )
3 cinnamon sticks ( break in half )
2 med apples ( quartered )
2 oranges ( quartered )
1 can Crushed pineapple
1 lb. dark brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
After peeling ham score it and place whole clove in square. Add water, wine, cinnamon sticks,apples, oranges, and pineapple. Bake at 300` for 2 hrs. Basting every 15 mins. Pat Brown Sugar on top of ham and bake 1 hr. longer, basting every 10 mins. so ham glazes evenly.
