4 cups of quick cooking oats
1 cup of light brown sugar-packed
2/3 cup of melted butter
1/2 cup of light corn syrup (Karo)
2 t of vanilla

Topping:
2/3 cup of chunky peanut butter
6 oz. of chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in a bowl by hand. Pat down into a 13x9 baking pan. Bake at 325º
until edges start to brown.

Melt peanut butter and chocolate chips together in a sauce pan. Spread over cooled bars.

Personal Notes:
Don't forget to use a non stick spray in the metal baking pans before hand. That's not necessary if you use a glass baking pan.
