4 # boneless beef chuck roast
1 medium onion chopped
1 jar(10-16 oz.) pepperoncini peppers, chopped & seeded (save juice)
2 cloves crushed garlic
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 T. Oregano
1 T. Basil
1 T. Thyme
2 T. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place beef & onion in crock pot.
Drain juice from peppers into 2 C. measuring cup, add enough water to make 2 cups. Chop peppers, add to liquid with all other ingredients.
Pour mixture over the beef & onions.
Cook on low for 10 hours.
Remove roast, shred meat, remove any fat, return to crockpot.

Serve on sandwich buns.
