Personal Notes:
The Foot Cookie recipe (and the concept of "foot cookies") originated with actress Madeleine Kahn (1942-1999). I found it in, "The Celebrity Kosher Cookbook," © 1975 by Marilyn Hall and Rabbi Jerome Cutler, published by J.P. Archer, Inc., Los Angeles.
