Ingredients layered in a jar:
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. chopped pecans
2/3 c. flaked coconut
2/3 c. crushed corn flakes or wheat cereal flakes
1/3 chopped craisins
1/2 c. packed dark brown sugar
1/3 c. quick rolled oats
5/6 c. all purpose flour (same as 1/2+1/3 c.)
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt

What one will need to add:
3/4 stick of butter (6 Tbsp.)
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir contents of jar into bowl together. Add 6 Tbsp. butter, lightly beaten egg and 1 tsp. vanilla. Mix well until combined the mixture will be slightly crumbly.
Press dough together and shape into 1 inch balls. Place balls 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten each ball half-way with your palm.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are brown. Cool for 2 minutes, then transfer onto a wire rack to cool completely.
