Cake:

1 box Devil’s Food cake mix
4 Eggs
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 ½ cups Buttermilk

Frosting:

1 can Evaporated Milk
1 ½ cups Sugar
30 Large Marshmallows
1 lb. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Mix well and bake in 2-9” pans at 375ºF for 20 minutes.  When cool, cut layers in ½.

Frosting: Bring evaporated milk and sugar to a boil – take off burner and add 30 large marshmallows and 1 lb. coconut

Put equal amounts of the frosting between the 3 layers of cake. Ice top and sides with Pillsbury Fudge Frosting in can.
