6 pitta shells
¼ cup melted butter
8 oz. feta cheese
4 tsp whip cream
1 ½ tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp. capers
3 tbsp. dill
Pepper
8 oz. smoked salmon

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pita into wedges

Place on cookie sheet and brush with melted butter

Bake at 450 for 4 – 5 minutes (until lightly toasted)

In a bowl mix feta with a fork

Blend in cream, lemon juice, capers, dill and ground pepper

Spread mixture onto pita wedges and top with smoked salmon

Garnish with dill
