1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Additional powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Beat butter, 1/2 c. powdered sugar and vanilla in large bowl. Stir in flour and salt. Stir in nuts.
Shape dough in 1-inch balls. Place 2-inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-9 minutes or until set but not brown. Remove and roll in powdered sugar. Cool completely. Roll in powdered sugar again.
