Grandma Petrucci would make fresh pasta weekly. Until she got a pasta maching (the hand crank kind) she would cut her pasta by hand. The back room had a pasta clothes line so that she could hang her pasta to dry until until she was ready to cook it. With fresh eggs in it, I wonder now how we all survived!
